service registration

We are excited to be back to public worship at Brainerd Hills Baptist. You and your family’s safety is our first priority. As we return to church, please keep these new guidelines in mind. We hope this information answers all of your questions.

To join us in worship during one of our services,

• We are limiting our crowd to 175 to allow for proper distancing.

• Seating will be marked in the pews with appropriate spacing. We encourage family members to sit together.

• If we exceed capacity, we will be livestreaming the service to the Activities Center or possibly adding a second service.

• Masks will be optional. A mask will be provided to anyone who wants one. We will be sanitizing the sanctuary after every service.

• There will be NO “in person” Bible Study, choir, nursery or childcare.

• Please enter the Worship Center from the front E. Brainerd Rd. doors only.

• Use only the two bathrooms off the Worship Center foyer.

• There will be NO passing of the offering plate. Please drop your offering in the metal donation boxes in the Worship Center foyer or continue utilizing our online giving methods.

• There will be NO distribution of paper bulletins.

• There will be NO greeting time or joining of hands. We do encourage you to smile and wave while keeping the proper distance.

• We will dismiss the congregation by rows starting with the back row to encourage proper distancing.

• We encourage any “at risk” individuals to watch from home.

• Remember, attendance is optional. If anyone is unsure or uncomfortable attending, please continue to worship at home with us digitally.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this re-gathering process. Let’s be cautious and safe, and come rejoicing, saying with the psalmist, “I was glad when they said to me, Let us go to the house of the Lord!”
